1. I was Excited/Happy lesson plan, EDTL 3100

This is the first lesson plan that I ever made and the first lesson I taught to my kindergarten students last practicum, which is why I remember it fondly and proudly. Looking back at it, there are many things I would change or add, yet I am still very happy with the topic I chose as well as the Indigenous elements I included.

2. Bear’s Medicine lesson plan, EDTL 3100

This lesson plan is one of my favorites because it is focused on Indigenous epistemologies and ways of being, as well as teaches students to research Indigenous and Western studies on animals and the environment. Hopefully, I can teach this lesson one day on a class of my own and get my students to appreciate and care for Indigenous teachings and stories.
